Microbiology Kits for Microbial Identification Systems for Clinical Identification Systems for presumptive ID and AST directly from clinical specimens
Urin System Chrom
Description

System for count, ID and AST directly from urine specimens.

Urin System Chrom is a 32 wells system containing biochemical substrates, chromogenic and dried antibiotics for the semi-quantitative determination of total bacterial count, presumptive identification and susceptibility testing of microorganisms from urinary tract infections. The system is inoculated with a dilution of urine after the presence of microorganism has been ascertained by microscope examination of urinary sediment and incubated at 36±1°C for 18-24 hours. The tests for semiquantitative determination of total microbial count, presumptive identification and for susceptibility testing are interpreted by assessing the change in colour of the various wells.

The package contains:

20 Urin System Chrom;

20 Vials of Suspension Medium (7 ml/vial);

20 Vials of Physiological Solution (4.5 ml/fiala).
