Supplied with a removable sturdy low height stainless steel perforated shelf, providing a taller volume of water, for standing containers and accessory test tube racks in the bath.

• Clifton unstirred water baths are designed for immersion of flasks/bottles/racks in a highly stable temperature environment throughout the water bath.
• The shelf in the stainless steel tank provides a stable support for flasks/bottles/racks that can be removed for cleaning. The shelf is a low height design maximizing the working height in the bath, either needing less water when compared with traditional water baths or allowing tall containers or vessels to be immersed to a greater working depth. With lower water levels comes the benefit reduced heat up times and energy saving.

SL1-8: Stainless Steel Gable Lid to fit 8 Litre Unstirred Baths

Features:

1. The Gable lid has been designed allowing full use of whole width of a Clifton water bath with the lowest height of the gable being 45mm above the bath. This unique feature means test tube racks or flasks can be placed across the whole width of the bath without fouling the lid maximising the bath working area.

2. Designed with customer in mind ensuring where condensation accumulates in use there are no drip points which could spoil work in open flasks in your Clifton water bath.

3. Where an accessory TC-1 Thermometer is used the temperature can be read from the thermometer with the lid in place.

4. Lid fits into the tank ensuring all condensation runs back into the bath and not down the side onto your bench top.

GL1-8: Hinged Gable Lid to suit 8 Litre Unstirred Baths

Features:

All condensate returns back into the water bath, unlike lift off lids which often leave messy puddles of water on your bench top when removed. Hinged lids have a number of benefits in use over lift off lids. Whats worse than lifting off conventional lid, condensation running all over your bench making a mess and then biggest problem where do you put it. Simply raise this hinged lid to its open position, condensation collects in the lid, samples can be easily removed or placed in water bath, close the lid and all the collected condensation runs into rear of the water bath. Result is no mess and no additional bench space, contained within water bath footprint.
