The WesternSure Pre-Stained Protein Ladder offers a rainbow of colored bands that are also viewed when chemiluminescent substrate is added. This allows for accurate molecular weight determination and excellent blotting results. The Ladder contains nine highly-purified recombinant proteins with molecular weights from 8 to 260 kDa and includes 3 orange reference bands (260, 70, and 38 kDa) and one green reference band (8 kDa). Note: The WesternSure Ladder is not recommended for use when stripping and reprobing Western blots. Stripping buffer alters the chemiluminescent functionality of the Ladder, resulting in weak or no signal.
