WesternSure ECL Substrate is a highly sensitive enhanced substrate for detecting horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on immunoblots. Optimized for use with film, the LI-COR C-DiGit® Blot Scanner (P/N 3600-00), and Odyssey® Fc Imaging System (P/N 2800-03). Detects sub-picogram amounts of antigen and provides comparable sensitivity to SuperSignal® West Dura for up to 20 minutes post incubation. The substrate pack consists of Luminol Enhancer Solution and Stable Peroxidase Solution.
