WesternSure ECL Substrate enables detection of sub-picogram quantities of antigen and provides comparable sensitivity to SuperSignal® West Dura up to 20 minutes post incubation. The substrate pack consists of Luminol Enhancer Solution and Stable Peroxidase Solution.
