Deoxynucleoside 5’-triphosphates are chemically synthesized from deoxynucleoside 5’-monophosphate and highly purified by Ion-Exchange and Reverse phase chromatography.
Each particular dNTP is free from any traces of other dNTPs, Rnase and other inorganic salts .
All dNTPs are suitable for PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis and labelling.
Modified dNTPs are convenient tools for DNA labelling.
Fluorescent-labeled dUTPs are usefull for simple DNA labelling by PCR or nick-translation.
dCTP, dUTP are provided with amino-linkers to facilitate the introduction of any suitable label into DNA.
